History

Stone Oak Ranch is a 580 acre ranch located in the beautiful Texas Hill country. The ranch features gorgeous pastures on rolling hills and includes one mile of the South Bee House Creek. Originally purchased in 1957 by William's father Gerald "A.G." Cummings, Stone Oak Ranch primarily focused on the production of commercial beef cattle, Rambouillet sheep, and Angora goats.

In 1995 William's mother Karen Cummings purchased Southern Knockout, a Dash for Cash daughter from the Joe Kirk Fulton breeding program, and Feather's Princess, an At Full Feather daughter. These two mares would prove to be the foundation of an illustrious breeding and racing program. Notable progeny from Karen's breeding program include Southern Cash Man si 102, a AAA stakes winner of $157,589, Cowboys N Injuns, a AAA stakes winner of $161,692, Passem Up Perry, a AAA producing mare of more than $500,000, Lynette's Knockout, a AAA Producing mare of more than $400,000, Southern Fast Cash, a producing mare of more than $100,000, and High Class Broad, a producing mare of more than $200,000.

Following two lifelong dreams, Adam and William joined forces to begin offering world class prospects to the horse industry in 2018. In 2021 Adam and William purchased a new equine facility in Iredell, TX and began standing outside stallions. The Iredell property consists of a 24 stall stallion barn, multiple mare barns and runs, an arena, covered round pen and a state of the art equine reproduction lab. Stone Oak Ranch is proud to offer multiple equine reproduction services including stallion collection and shipping, freezing semen and embryo transfer.

This unproven mare would go on to produce Southern Cash Man si 102 , a AAA stakes winner of over $157,000 and record setting gelding by Heza Fast Man, as well as daughters that have produced over $1,500,000 on the track. The rest is history as they say.
